1. Processing Times:
All orders are expected to be processed within 7-10 business days after orders has been placed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Customized orders may take additional days to ship.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping Charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All regular (non customized) orders are shipped via USPS regular mail.
3. Shipment Conformation and Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
4. Custom, Duties and Taxes:
Pajama Zen is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages:
Pajama Zen Is not liable, if you received a damaged item, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
We have a 14-day return policy. Please note: No returns on customized items.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once we received and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, it will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
