Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. Please note: No returns on customized items.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective or the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalized items cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
Once we received and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, it will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
